Paul Smith - All round dev and designer

I am a seasoned PHP developer, dealing mainly with flat files but experience with SQL too. I am designer turned developer, so have good grounding in XHTML/HTML CSS and full standards compliancy.
I have my own open source CMS called razorCMS that I use for small projects, or I can use other systems (joomla, drupal, wordpress), develop new systems, and create front ends and drop in themes.
I am open to modification projects, new projects both big and small.
I am a good all rounder with strong fault finding skills, looking for any freelancing projects, any ideas welcomed and expanded upon.
